Extraordinary Women of Deloitte
Our agency was asked by Deloitte Global to launch their “Extraordinary Women of Deloitte” into the marketplace so they could use the campaign data to sell into member firms around the globe. The campaign came to us baked, but as we looked at the creative and tactics and who they were trying to reach - Gen Z and Millennials in Manager to Senior Manager roles, we knew it just wouldn’t work. We proposed new creative and more current tactics that would better target their audience and help dispel the “old accounting firm” idea and help women in tech understand that this was a place for them. Our redesign and tactics thrilled global and the results have been outstanding. Organic reach in the first week on social videos outstripped any campaign at Deloitte for over two years — and paid hadn’t even kicked in yet!
Deloitte - Generative AI
After the unexpected explosion of ChatGPT into the market, Deloitte needed to be first to market offering clients education and council on how best to integrate generative ai into their businesses. We decided not to do the usual crazy imagery and language in B2B campaigns and grab attention with targeting the humour in bad prompts and spelling mistakes. This campaign was conceived and in market in two weeks, including a separate French version (as the English plays on language didn’t translate). The pick up from this was spectacular, and so successful Deloitte Global picked up the campaign. (all images are made with generative ai but the concepting and copy are all from humans)
Deloitte - Disrupting the Bear
My team was asked to come up with a name, visual identity, key messaging, taglines and activation plan for Deloitte’s campaign to talk about a coming bear market (pre-COVID). Positive tone and standing out from the competitors was key. We embraced the bear and created a unique and memorable campaign that activated internally and externally. Talent Value Proposition
“Where potential comes to life” Our team was asked to rebrand Talent’s campaign efforts that visually expressed their new campaign. Our pitch “Growth and bloom” was chosen. It expressed how our potential can be limitless and evergreen. It’s an environment where people can grow, thrive and bloom.
Omnia AI - “Eh-I”
Omnia AI asked us to come up with an awareness campaign that would help to educate Canadians about AI in a memorable way. They wanted to do a tour of Canadian cities with teams that would be on the ground to educate average Canadians about how AI was impacting their lives. We proposed “Putting the Eh in AI” as well as the playful graphics and also produced a disposable 3D goggles that worked with one of their online AI games. (creative direction, art direction)
Jack Radio - National campaign
We were asked to come up with a quirky and off beat campaign that embraced the weird, but funny copy. The concept shown here was the one chosen, but not implemented due to timing. It was loved by all.

Actuarial clients... how do you attract them in a compelling way. This brand sought to carve a fresh, modern look in a very stuffy, old-fashioned HR actuarial industry. [design, art direction]
