Rogers Digital asked us to design a completely new web site for them. They were struggling attracting the right talent and wanted to let the world know about the great environment and company perks. We researched their competition, photographed their workspaces and even created a custom pixel person illustration for their team members (a designer on our team created these). On top of everything we overlaid the Rogers brand personality by bringing in Ted Rogers’s entrepreneurial spirit - a way these division described themselves. It was very well received.
